Chuck Whittall, the President of Unicorp National Developments, has an extensive 27-year background in commercial real estate development, including commercial and residential construction. He is a visionary with a talent of picking prime real estate and developing extraordinary projects. He also holds his Florida Real Estate Broker's license and Class A General Contractor's license.
Amy Barnard is responsible for overseeing the management of all legal operations within the Company. She acts as the corporate liaison to outside counsel and oversees all real estate transactions and litigation proceedings. She is also tasked with providing assistance to Leasing, Financial, Property Management, and Construction departments with regard to various tenant, lender and development matters. Amy has over thirteen year’s legal experience and holds a B.S. from Syracuse University.
Amy Schuemann has over 9 years leasing experience. She is responsible for Unicorp's comprehensive leasing initiatives as well as overseeing marketing efforts for all Unicorp's planned and existing retail centers. She has created the ideal tenant mix for each development which creates successful centers and increases tenant success rate. Amy is actively involved in ICSC, serving as co-chairperson of the Next Generation Orlando Program and is also a member of the Urban Land Institute, as well as chairperson for ULI Young Leaders Group.
Sam Beavers directs the property management division of the company. Sam has over 10 years of extensive experience in property management with Unicorp. Prior to coming on board with Unicorp, Sam spent 23 years in the restaurant industry, where one of his main functions was overseeing their property management program. Sam’s responsibilities with Unicorp include the handling and coordinating of property maintenance issues and repairs. Some of those items include electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, landscaping and a multitude of other issues that fall within property management.
