Dellagio, a Tuscany inspired mixed use town center located in Southwest Orlando and home to the Unicorp Corporate Office. Dellagio boast over 130,000 square feet of retail, dining, entertaining and office space, most of which is built above a garage disguised as an Italian Village. Unicorp has future plans for the land behind Dellagio, including a medical facility, learning center and residential attached homes.

LaVina, a 130,000 square foot town center consisting of retail and office space, including 2 outparcel opportunities with apartments remove slated behind the retail. Located in Southeast Orlando, in the Lake Nona area, near the UCF Medical School, Burnham Institute, Nemours Children's Hospital and the VA Hospital. LaVina is truly a gem.
