Project hopes to line I-Drive with restaurants, retail at Sand Lake Road

From a gourmet burger joint to a quirky Tex Mex chain, Unicorp National Developments has raised the curtain on its plans for a sprawling parcel of land at the high-profile corner of International Drive and Sand Lake Road.

Dubbed I-Shops, the development would include a massive renovation of the property's existing Wyndham hotel, as well as the addition of new restaurants and retail businesses along Orlando's main tourist corridor.
