As part of Unicorp National Development’s aggressive growth strategy the company recently hired Amy Young to head up its comprehensive leasing initiatives.  Young will serve as director of leasing and is responsible for heading up efforts to lease Unicorp’s key projects such as Baldwin Park Village Center and Grande Plaza as well as oversee marketing efforts for all Unicorp’s planned and existing retail centers.

Unicorp National Developments, Inc., Orlando’s largest commercial, retail developer, has named three key appointments to its company: Chief Financial Officer Brian S. Holder, Director of Development Aya Fagan and Executive OfficeSuites of Baldwin Park General Manager Lisa Earnhardt. This makes a total of four aggressive appointments for Unicorp in the last month with the addition of Director of Leasing, Amy Young who was added to the company in April.
